Last Monday I felt a) ill (stinking cold, going hot and cold, also shivering a LOT) and b) depression kicked in after another flipping week of staying the same weight (the depression also meant absolutely no crafting got done, I was basically in survival mode). Any way I DID eat healthily and I did my physio and was rewarded with a change on the scales this week yep a change of 4 lbs which would be good if it was off but it wasn’t, it was on (so the Black Dog is hanging around still, and he brought quite a few mates with him *sigh*)

Food and physio looked like this for last week :-
- Jacket potato, butter and mixed beans – 11
- Tea and milk – 1
- Home made seeded sourdough, butter, cheese, lettuce and tomato – 8
- Jacket with nutritional yeast, cottage cheese and cumin – 2
- Tomato soup, choloula, seeded sourdough – 1
- Mushroom soup with seeded sourdough
- Herby Bangers, roast baby potatoes, veg – 9
- Scrambled eggs, seeded sourdough
- Gochugang Ragu with Shiitake and pasta – 5
- Leek and mushroom risotto – 1
Plant points for the week = 37
Physio
M – 2 sets of 5
Tu – 2 sets of 5
W – 0 sets of 5
Th – 3 sets of 5
F – 3 sets of 5
Sa – 3 sets of 5
Su – 2 sets of 5
So this week MUST be better, otherwise I think I will be throwing the towel in as I am fed up of the fight 😦
