Lunch – spicy mushrooms on toast
Dinner – Texan Beans
Snacks – 3 easy peel clementines, fresh bread and butter, 2 slices of wholemeal bread with Quorn Turkey and Sage
Drinks – water, tea x 3, red wine
Pain killers seemed to have worked enough that I was able to get dressed and go to Waitrose with Mark (he still needs to help me on with my trainers as I find them hard to fasten and help me get dressed and undressed, currently cannot fasten my own bra unless I use a front fastener and even that is tricky)
