Another weigh in and I put 7 flipping pounds on! I was under my calorie target (as per MyFitnessPal) every day bar one (and even then I was only a couple of hundred calories over, thank you red wine!), so how? I mean if I am doing everything right, according to the dieticians, so why am I not losing any weight?

  • Seeded sourdough, butter and Quorn – 7
  • Tea with milk – 1
  • Spinach, Red Pepper & Greek Feta Quiche, rocket salad, baby tomatoes  – 19
  • Creamy coconut lentil curry with Halloumi, Peshwari naan bread – 14
  • Cheese and herb sub roll with butter and Quorn – 4
  • Pea and new potato curry with naan bread – 2
  • Eggs and bread
  • Cauliflower cheese – 1

Physio

Su – 1 x 5

This shows the type of food I am eating, and my physio (I am trying to slowly increase my stamina on that, I don’t want to push myself too far, too fast and set myself right back again). Anyway I will keep trying and hope that at some point the hard work will pay off!
