Dinner – Mushroom pasta sauce with wholewheat pasta
Snacks – Quorn Turkey and Sage sandwich on seeded bread x 2
Drinks – water x 3, tea x 3, beer x 3
Start of the year/month and I weigh 21 st 5 lb
