Crochet and gates

After quite an upbeat post last time I am back in the doldrums, panic attacks are back and my stress levels, pain levels and CFS are all in the stratosphere.  In order to cut back Toby's barking (not that he does much in any case – this has been put onto the gate into the garden …

this has hopefully stopped him seeing dogs being walked past the end of the drive, the only times he barks now are if he hears a lot of other dogs, a hedgehog comes in the garden, someone comes down the drive or the neighbours set him off.

Hugs. I’ve recently started taking 400mg of Magnesium. It helps me sleep, but I’ve also read that magnesium deficiency can cause panic attacks. Something to look into any way.

I like the Yarnscape “Footsie” – nice to see how it looks once it’s worked. I only spotted it the other day online and thought about buying some, but I have about 2 dozen other projects waiting to be finished, so I am putting a stop to the buying new things until I have at least finished some other projects.
Hope to see pics of the finished project.
