As my weight stayed the same …. again! I decided to open with something that IS changing and that is my waist size, this is the MyFitnessPal tracker for the last 30 days and whilst it isn’t brilliant news at least the trend is downwards! and a lower waist size will be better health wise.

Again a quick breakdown of the type of food I ate last week (along with the plant points and the physio I managed).

  • Jacket potato, butter and mixed beans – 11
  • Tea and milk – 1
  • Coconut yoghurt, oats and prunes – 3
  • Home made seeded sourdough, butter, cheese, lettuce and tomato – 8
  • Tray baked eggs, HP sauce – 6
  • Jacket with nutritional yeast, cottage cheese and cumin – 2
  • Tomato soup, choloula, seeded sourdough – 1
  • Chickpea, mushroom and pepper pasta – 1
  • Cheese and herb sub roll with lettuce, tomato, cheese and butter – 6

Plant points for the week = 39

Physio

M – 2 sets of 5

Tu – 1 set of 5

W – 2 sets of 5

Th – 2 sets of 5

F – 2 sets of 5

Sa – 1 set of 10

Su – 2 sets of 5

Plants points, this I am doing well on with plenty of variety but possibly still a little too many processed foods in the form of commercial bread rolls. Physio amounts are creeping back up and I hope this week or next to try and stand without pushing up on the seat arms or removing the extra cushion pad I have and so getting up from a standard chair height.

Other than that I am trying to craft daily, I finally finished a tote bag off (knitted, all the knitting was done but the sewing up hadn’t happened!)

But the shawl I was knitting went wrong and is back to ground zero 😦 – before the mistake

and after

Sooooo time to cast on again (oops)
