
Okay I didn’t check in last week (I was right at the end of my B12 cycle and had zero, possibly negative, energy!), I did lose 2 lbs last week though and stayed the same this week, which I am a little upset about as I hoped for another loss, even a small one!

The above shows that I am consistently hitting the plant points, so I am not so bothered with tracking that anymore, or at least not tracking it to log on here. Now I have had my B12 injection I hope to increase my physio (either reps or number of sets, maybe even both!) and start to try walking through the house again.
Also I want to get back to my Duolingo and my crafting (see above and the low, very low, energy levels!) So I will make some plans this week and hope to start increasing my output rather than just sitting playing games on-line or reading.
