
Okay it may not look like there has been any change, but I did lose 2 lbs this week and I have lost 80 lbs overall, food wise it was quite a heavy on the cheese week! Started the week with jacket potatoes and grated cheese on Monday and Wednesday, Tuesday was Cauliflower Cheese, Thursday and Friday I had the Mushroom Bourgignon with jackets again (both the mushroom dish and the cauliflower cheese are on this blog), Saturday was a mushroom and tofu stir fry with wholewheat noodles and I rounded the week off with home made sourdough bread and scrambled eggs.
If I want to get back into rationing I need to cut the cheese down quite a lot and increase my protein from other veggie sources such as pulses, in my defence we id have quite a bit of cheddar and milk in the house hence the jacket spuds and the Cauli cheese!
Oddly even though my weight is going down my waist is getting larger! (and I used to have a very trim waist so I am seriously unhappy with this change), I am hoping that having had my B12 injection yesterday (thank you District Nurses that a) come to the house as I am pretty much housebound and b) work on a Sunday!) that I will have some more energy and get get back to my physiotherapy, start using my hand weights and exercise bands again and tone up.
Speaking of the B12 the one thing I do want to do is some mending of knitwear, so again more energy would be useful there. Meanwhile I guess I keep on keeping on! Oh and getting back to my knitting project, I keep forgetting that.
