Breakfast – nope (again!)
Lunch – Quorn sandwich
Dinner – Quiche and salad greens
Snack
Supper – Quorn sandwich (only one round not two by the way!)
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 3, tea with milk (400 ml) x 5
Up early (for me at any rate!) today, still no breakfast (roll on the cooler weather when I can start eating earlier in the day and get back to a more sensible eating plan), lots of tea as Dr Wytch was working from home in the morning, the planned stir fry turned into quiche and salad!
