- Butter 6 oz (5 oz)
- Cheese 8 oz (4 oz)
- Cooking fat 4 oz (2 oz)
- Milk 3.5 pints (2.5 pints)
- Sugar 8 oz (8 oz)
- Preserves 1 lb every 2 months
- Tea 2 oz (not really sticking to this!)
- Eggs 1 fresh egg per week (1)
- Sweets/Candy 12 oz every 4 weeks (11 oz)
Lunch - wholemeal bread and Quorn Turkey and sage
Dinner - Home made pizza
Snack - Quorn roast chicken bits
Drinks – water, tea x 1,
Overdid it yesterday (although for most people I did nothing!) still no sleep – so much pain couldn't get out of bed until mid afternoon, couldn't even manage to get into the car - not sure what to do – taking pain killers but they are only just taking the edge off the pain if I am lucky, wish I was dead so there would be no pain. Oh and Mark had to help me get dressed and undressed – really NOT a great day.
