Okay another week done and this time a better result weight wise (namely 6 pounds off!), still a way to go to get me back on track but at least it is going in the right direction, Hips have gone up by half an inch, waist stayed the same and bust decreased by 1/4 of an inch, I am not sure WHAT is happening there! So I plan on staying off the alcohol and seeing if the downward weight trend keeps on.
In other news I have managed to get up to 15 stand up/sit down exercises in a row, my B12 is due (so a tired Wytchy here) and I need to wash my hair – so I HOPE to be able to get up earlier tomorrow, make a couple of phone calls (shudder – NOT my favourite pastime) and ask Dr Wytch to help me wash my hair (I cannot get as far as the bathroom yet so hair washing happens over the kitchen sink).
