I am back to tracking on SW, ideally I would like to be below 22 stone by the end of June/start of July but I am not going to fret if I don't hit that target, either way I am 2.5 STONE lower than this time last year! I am still not happy getting my photo taken (I really need to work on my self esteem) and I need to find safe, healthy food and drink for when we are away in July (the bar/restaurant is now owned by an Indian couple and the food sounds yum, nut free and calorie laden lol!)
I need to try and get a full length photo but hate my lower half!
