Well another good week weight wise! Another 6.5 lbs off taking me to 15 lbs gone, which meant I got another award! Oh and I turned out to be Slimmer of the Week AND Slimmer of the Month (which was surprising!). The picture above shows the type of food I am eating, this is a homemade Quorn Chilli (using Frylight to really cut down the fat), served on a jacket potato with a side portion of Cauliflower. I cannot believe how much food I am allowed to eat!
