Yep still podgy but I am starting to lose weight – the problem is the weight I am losing is the stress and holiday gain! Another pound though and I will be back into the current weight loss … err …. loss! One way I am doing this is cutting out, not down, but out the alcohol for 8 weeks (possibly 10) this will break my habit of "ooh it is x, let's have wine!" and even after the initial time I plan on one week a month of no alcohol, and none during the week either – so Friday and Saturday I will allow myself something the rest of the time, seriously good! the other thing I need to do is increase my fibre and water, so that will be a gradual change as well.

Other health/well-being things, I am back to doing my skin care routine, I have started looking after my teeth again and I am doing my physio daily. What I hope to do is make sure I have a good solid morning and evening routine that looks after ME!
