While her boss becomes entranced with a beautiful armoire at the countywide craft bazaar, Maggie can't help noticing the Amish craftsman who made it. Though his clothes may be plain, he himself is more handsome than a man sporting a jawline-only beard has any right to be. And he seems pretty aware that the ladies love his…furniture. But when the hunky craftsman turns up dead with a strange hex symbol near his corpse, Maggie wonders if the craft involved is the witchy kind.
Another wonderful episode in the life of Maggie O'Neill, she is still learning about Witchcraft and her Empath abilities, as well as helping run Enchantments, because of the latter she ends up going with her boss Liss to a Craft Market, Liss would like to win an auction piece, an Armoire made by one Amish craftsman (their friend Eli Yoder) but stunningly decorated by another (Luc Metzganer), Luc's decoration are not the only stunning thing though, he himself is as well, and whilst he seems aware of the fact he also appears to be a happily married family man.
Liss doesn't win the auction, much to her disappointment, but she shrugs it off, what no-one can shrug off though is the fact that later that day Luc is killed, and there is a strange sigil/sign near to where he was found. Now Maggie needs to summon her innate magic to work with Tom Fielding (her maybe cop boyfriend) to work out who would want to kill an Amish man.
