Brunch – Wraps with hummus and salad
Dinner – Pea and broad bean risotto
Supper – Cheese and Ryvita
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 1, tea with milk (400 ml) x 5
Day two back on it, weight today was 22 st 7 lbs (woo hoo already creeping back down, first goal back below 22-7 then 2nd goal below 22 stone), starting to tell when I am needing food (okay it is because I get dizzy but I used to ignore that signal as well!) – rest of this week I need to plan good healthy food again.

BELIEVING IN MY BODY
My body is the product of thousands of generations of human beings whose survival has been ensured through adapting to various levels of food availability. It is the accumulation of excess fat that has guaranteed human survival. My body has been working to keep me alive too, but now my body knows how to become slim. It has a built-in need to use up fat when it becomes unnecessary for its survival. I can make that fat unnecessary by eating exceptionally well every day. My body will do the rest.
