Brunch – Seeded wraps, Piri Piri Hummus, salad leaves and tomatoes
Dinner – Stir fry
Supper – Cheese and Ryvita
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 5, tea with milk x 2, Diet Coke (500 ml) x 4
Over did it yesterday so up later again today (11.00 instead of the hoped for 9.00!), CBT ended up not happening so the day all in all was a bit of a wash out!
