Blimey another month has gone quickly! Weight wise pretty much the same (well a pound up on the start of July but I am still on the downward slope of the holiday and as I am not tracking calories, carbs or anything else but eating sensibly I am happy with that!) I plan to be alcohol free until the Bank Holiday weekend (so the 24th of August), if I lose weight that is great, if I just feel healthier even better!
Brunch – Seeded wraps with hummus and salad
Dinner – Veggie Pasta Bolognese
Supper – Cheese and Ryvita
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 9, tea with milk (400 ml) x 2
