Brunch – Seeded wraps, hummus and salad
Dinner – Veggie Pasata Bolognese
Supper – Cheese and Ryvita
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 5, tea with milk (400 ml) x 2, diet coke x 1
Up at just gone 10.00 today, so the gradual "get up earlier" thing is working (mind you tomorrow will be a shock as the cleaners are here and so I need to be up sometime between 8 and 8.30!), at the moment the water is NOT helping me stay "dry" incontinence is NOT my friend thank you very much sigh.
