Yeesh yet another midday get up! I really need to break this habit and so with the idea of the Virtual Spa these are my health plans for the week ahead.

Virtual Spa Week Plans

  1. Drink at least 2 litres of water per day
  2. Do Clinique twice a day
  3. Do NOT drink alcohol
  4. Plan and eat healthy meals
  5. De-fuzz bits of the bod!
  6. Get back to good oral health habits
  7. Get back to good sleep hygiene
