Breakfast
Lunch – Onion Bhaji burger, bun and egg
Dinner – Tofu stir fry with noodles
Supper – Cheese and ryvita
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 1, tea with milk (400 ml) x 3, diet coke (500 ml) x 3
Yeesh yet another midday get up! I really need to break this habit and so with the idea of the Virtual Spa these are my health plans for the week ahead.
Virtual Spa Week Plans
- Drink at least 2 litres of water per day
- Do Clinique twice a day
- Do NOT drink alcohol
- Plan and eat healthy meals
- De-fuzz bits of the bod!
- Get back to good oral health habits
- Get back to good sleep hygiene
