Breakfast
Lunch – Onion Bhaji Burger, fried egg and wholemeal bun, 3 prunes
Dinner - Risotto with peas & broad beans
Supper – cheese and ryvita
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 3, tea with milk (400 ml) x 2, diet coke (500 ml) x 3
Another late get up, mind you in my defence because of pain I was still up and awake at 05.20! So getting up at midday is hardly surprising! Even though risotto is substantial I actually felt hungry later on (and I have wondered in the past if it was because I was having an evening glass of wine … but as I had not alcohol then I can safely say that I do sometimes get peckish later on in the evening!)
