Lunch – cheese rolls
Dinner – Quiche and salad, ice cream x 2
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 8, tea with milk (400 ml) x 2
Up slightly earlier today (11.00 rather than 12.00!), I am hoping with the slightly cooler weather coming that I can get into a better bedtime/get up routine. Next week a friend (and maybe a few more) and myself plan to do a Virtual Spa week, so one of my tasks for today is to plan that for myself (we each pick what would make us feel good – rather than all focusing on the same things)
