Lunch – Quiche and salad
Dinner – cheese and pickle sandwich x 2
Snack/Supper – 100 ml Haagen Dazs Ice Cream x 2
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 3.5, tea with milk (400 ml) x 4
Urf – really hate this weather, I am fairly sure I am a) not eating enough and b) not drinking enough!
