Lunch – Crustless quiche and salad
Dinner – home made sourdough rye/white bread rolls with cheese
Snack – Cheese sandwich, ice pop!
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 1, tea with milk (400 ml) x 5
Up seriously late (the journey and the heat is well and truly taking it out of me!), this week will be taking it fairly easy and getting back into a sensible eating habit again (and cutting out the hic as we had rather a lot whilst away! oops!). Having had a list of what I ate over the week it seems as though cheese is my main protein source, I really should find an alternative to that! (I am not saying cut it out altogether but certainly limiting it).
Weight – 22 st and 12.5 lbs (320.5 lbs or 145.38 kg), this is up 2.25 lbs on my pre holiday weight so whilst I am not happy with the total I am pleased it isn't any more!
