Lunch – cheese and pickle sandwich
Dinner – pasta and veggie ragu
snack
supper – Quorn sandwich
drinks – Water (500 ml) x 4, tea with milk (400 ml) x 3, ginger beer x 2
It was cooler last night so I managed to sleep a bit (this does mean that I wasn't up much before 10.00 mind you!), weight is staying fairly static.
