Breakfast – Bread and marmalade
Lunch – Cheese and pickle sandwich
Dinner – Pasta and Veggie Ragu
Snack & Supper – Quorn sandwichs
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 4, tea with milk (400 ml) x 3, ginger beer x 1
Way too hot last night so I didn't really sleep well at all, mind you this did mean I got up at 06.30! hence having breakfast for the first time in weeks!
