Breakfast – still too warm first thing!
Lunch – cheese and Branston sandwich
Dinner – deconstructed Woolton Pie
Snack – bread and marmalade (but no butter!)
Supper – cheese sandwich
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 7, tea with milk (400 ml) x 2
Ooph I don't like this heat, my edema is playing games and I feel drained even WITH the B12, ah well, Britain gets a good Summer so seldom! No breakfast but a sandwich for lunch and then at 15.15 I was starting to feel hungry (even with lots of water!) so had a snack of bread and marmalade. More water and then the Woolton Pie, even though we ate latish for us I was still hungry enough for supper!
