Lunch – quiche and salad greens
Dinner – veggie burger, egg and bun
Snack – cherries
Supper – cheese sandwich
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 1, tea with milk (400 ml) x 5
Right even though I weighed in yesterday (being Saturday) I weighed in today as well (being the first of a new month) and I was the same as yesterday at 22 st 9.75 lbs, so white wine is a better drink for me than cider (good to know), still too warm to have breakfast and lunches are cold stuff, with any cooking being done when it is marginally cooler (and that is very marginal) in an evening. Not a lot of change to the way I look but as I am pretty much the same weight as I have been for a year that is hardly surprising! Was feeling peckish mid to late afternoon, before I could think about getting some bread and jam or some such, Dr Wytch surprised me with some more cherries, that held me until 19.15 when I started to feel hungry again, luckily dinner will be at 19.25/19.30! Starting to wind down at 21.00 (still way to warm!)
