I was right about the weigh in! One pound up on yesterday and 2.25 lbs up on the start of the quarter (actually under the scheme of things that isn't as bad as it could be!) I think cider is too high in empty calories (and waay too easy to drink as well!), hmm either I give up drinking when I am out OR I find something that is less likely to make me whimper when I weigh in!
So tomorrow starts a new quarter, in this one there is our holiday (could be tricky) and a bank holiday (not so tricky), so planning for good, real, healthy food needs to happen, I need to really get back to taking care of myself food wise and generally sigh why is it all so hard!
