Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 2, tea with milk (400 ml) x 1, Cider (pint/440 ml) x 9 (ouch!)
Up at just gone 09.00, seriously itchy eyes and runny nose (really HATE the pollen count this year!), went to the pub and had a tasty lunch (met with S which was nice!), had a tad too much cider so not looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow!
