Dinner – crustless quiche and salad

Supper – cheese sandwich
Drinks - Water (500 ml) x 2, tea with milk (400 ml) x 1, sparkling water and ginger (500 ml) x 4, white wine
Hayfever still knocking me for six, so up later than I would like and just not hungry first thing because of the heat! I'm not snacking which I think is good and I AM eating when I feel hungry (having tried drinking water first), so far the Naturally Thin eating ideas seem to be working for me! Stage one for me is to no longer be scared of food, stage two is not being scared of others seeing me eat what I like!
