Snacks – Quorn mini savoury eggs

Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 7, tea with milk (400 ml) x 1
Again zonked with the Hayfever, my fitbit alarm goes off at 08.45 but I can't seem to get out of bed until nearly 10.00! Today I actually felt peckish mid afternoon so had a snack (err probably too large a snack!) and that did the trick 😀
