Breakfast – none as I was too warm!
Lunch – cheese sandwich
Dinner – quiche and salad
Snacks
Supper – cheese sandwich
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 1, tea with milk (400 ml) x 1, sparkling water and ginger (500 ml) x 6
With the heat I am just not hungry! But clothes are getting tighter, hmm I hope I don't regain ALL the weight I have fought to lose before getting slim naturally! Today wasn't so great, still hot which meant that I wasn't that hungry as I said, so my healthy idea of a veg soup turned into a cheese sandwich for lunch! Then dinner turned into quiche and salad rather than Veggie Thai Curry and rice. At least I am drinking plenty of water! (mind you it might be healthier without the ginger cordial in it).
