Breakfast – bread and marmalade
Lunch – Baxters pea and mint soup with bread
Dinner – Mushroom stir fry and rice
Snacks
Supper – cheese sandwich
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 1, tea with milk (400 ml) x 1, sparkling water with a splash of ginger cordial (500 ml) x 6
Up early enough to have breakfast (I hope I can keep this up!), done some tidying and general stuff, the heat makes my lower leg (the one with edema) swell which isn't great ah well! Lots of ginger water drunk! healthy food choices in general, I am happy with today!
