Breakfast
Lunch – Quorn bacon, poached egg, salad greens, cherry tomatoes and Balsamic Vinegar
Dinner – Quorn bacon and Quorn sausage sandwich
Snacks – cheese sandwich
Supper – cheese sandwich
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 1, tea with milk (400 ml) x 4
Up at gone 10.00 again today (I really must stop this!) which means no breakfast yet again (I really need to get back into eating more first thing, the old breakfast like an Emperor thing!), tea drinking slowed down whilst I was knitting (oops!), felt hungry around 17.20 so had a snack sandwich (this is the not eating breakfast thing I think!)
