Breakfast
Lunch – Quorn bacon, poached egg, mixed greens and cherry toms followed by cherries
Dinner – Homemade Quorn Pepperoni Pizza
Snacks – cheese sandwich
Supper – cheese and crackers
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 1, Tea with milk (400 ml) x 3, red wine
I didn't weigh in today as I want to get away from being a slave to the scales! I will, however, measure myself tomorrow (eeps!) and I will weigh in at least once a week (just to make sure that things are not spiraling out of control!)
So as I was seriously late getting to bed last night (I really do need to break that habit) I thought I would be up very late today – as it happens I was up at just gone 10.00 so that isn't too bad, mind you I don't plan on doing much during the day! Writing a list for tomorrow and next week and that is about it lol.
I felt hungry at 17.45, so had a snack of a sandwich as dinner was going to be another hour or so! Rather than thinking "oooh if I am hungry I MUST be burning calories" I remembered what Jean Antonello said and had something to keep my metabolism going 😀
"Real Food" becoming more prevalent, keeping away from crisps and sweet stuff is good (now to cut down on the alcohol!)
