Up at 09.20, realised we had four slices of the loaf left so had breakfast and lunch the same (but 4 hours apart!), even though I have had my B12 injection I still feel tired (although I HAVE managed to start using my Clinique again which is something), I am hoping it is just the hayfever and will get better as the weather changes!
