Hmm not sure about the weight it is wobbling around the 22.5 st area (I would like it to start dropping but I guess I am still in the famine/feast recovery stage!), up at 09.20 today, showered, dressed and downstairs by just gone 10.00 – I didn't feel hungry (too much bread yesterday perhaps? and not enough veggies), headed to the pub for lunch, the healthy (ish) option was ordered and eaten (although I did leave some!), back home for 16.15. Suddenly shattered at 17.00 so got my head down for an hour or so!
