Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 2, tea with milk (400 ml) x 6, white wine
Weight – 22 st 6.75 lbs
Again up between 09.00 and 10.00 (went to bed a little too late last night! I really must knock that on the head), was hungryish when I can down so once I had my tablets and was drinking my first mug of tea I had my breakfast – this means lunch was pushed back a bit until just before 15.00 as I wasn't hungry until then (still trying to eat when hungry rather than "this is a mealtime"!!) I am currently working my way through the flask of tea that Dr Wytch left for me and I MAY have another sandwich if I feel hungry later on.
