Dinner – Lentil ragu and pasta

Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 1, tea with milk (400 ml) x 6, Calvados
Weight – 22 st 6.75 lb
Up at about the same time (although I slept badly, mainly pain but some of it was the heat as well), by the time I was showered, dressed and downstairs in front of the computer ready to take my tablets it was gone 11.00!!! Still I had breakfast, lunch was at 15.00 and dinner will be post the doggy docs, meanwhile tea is being drunk! Dinner didn't happen until 20.00 plus again – ah well! Rather than having yet another tea I decided to have a Calvados and Supper will be at gone 21.00 🙂
