Okay not too bothered about the weigh in this morning, I was up at just gone 09.00 (thanks to workmen doing carpentry next door!) – so this means I weighed in at least three hours earlier than yesterday! There wasn't really anything to have for breakfast which was annoying – but at 12.10 I went to have my B12 injection so hopefully more energy again from tomorrow! (Hmm get Dr Wytch to pick up a loaf on the way home!), right more tea and some knitting! Actually knitting didn't happen today but reading did :D, dinner at 20.00, cheese and crackers for supper. I hope to be up for breakfast tomorrow!
