Up just gone 10.00 again (roll on Monday, more to the point Tuesday when the B12 should be working again!), my initial plans for the day got changed so my thoughts of a late lunch at the pub have also changed (hence the egg sarnie for lunch), so more tea to be drunk and no cider (which is fine! I do like a cider but I am hardly going to walk to the pub just because!)

I am getting used to the idea of not tracking calories, just tracking my food so I can see if I have a "blip" for any reason (being away for instance!) and it makes life a lot easier for Dr Wytch as he isn't having to weigh and measure everything (we still weigh pasta but that is to make sure we get the right amount of servings out of each pack :D)

Weight – 22 st 4.75 lbs (happy with this)
