Breakfast
Lunch – Veggie quarter pounder with new pots and veg
Dinner – Veggie curry and rice
Snacks – mini cheddars!
Supper – cheese sarnie
Drinks – water (500 ml) x 1, tea with milk (400 ml) x 1, cider x 7, red wine (eeeps!)
Hmm again up at 10.00 ish, had tablets and tea and then headed to the pub for a relaxing day of cider and reading!
Weight – 22 st 5.25 lbs
