Breakfast
Lunch – egg salad
Dinner – Pasta and veggie ragu
Snacks – cheese sandwich
Supper – cheese sandwich
Drinks – Water (500 ml) x 1, tea with milk (400 ml) x 6, red wine (oops!)
Up later than I would like again, but I am UP and dressed, tablets taken, eggs boiled and tea being drunk and all before 12.00 😀 (actually got up at 10.15 but it took me this long to do everything – ah well!), next stage will be lunch and lots more tea! Tea was drunk. dinner was eaten and wine was drunk – all in all a good day 😀
Weight – 22 st 5 lbs (getting better!)
Now finished posting the 31+ days that Jean Antonello puts at the end of her book to give you a kickstart/boost/call it what you will! so this means I am a month in to the new eating plan (eeeps), this is actually a lifestyle change so I am NOT expecting immediate results or even a gradual weight decline, I am more expecting fits and starts as I get used to it!
