Lunch – Veggie sos on a bun with brown sauce
Dinner – Mock duck stir fry with rice
Snacks – cheese and Ryvita (18.00 – had the tum grumbles!)
Supper – cheese and Ryvita
Drinks – 500 ml water x 1, tea with milk (400 ml) x 5
Up an hour later today (too much Amarone last night?), today is back being healthy, planning, looking for good food recipes to liven our food up and so on …. first a mug of tea though! Lunch eaten and time for another brew (13.45)
Weight 22 st 6.5 lb (marginally better than yesterday lol)

LETTING GO
I hope by now you’re getting on nicely with the rest of your life. Stay busy! Do new things! There is so much more to your life than your physical shape. And as you grow slowly thinner naturally, you will discover that more of your real self will be free to emerge. You may even be surprised at the new you! Frankly, I am a better person since I stopped dieting and learned to eat like a normal person. I suspect that you will be, too.
