Food day 10 001

After being up with the Larks (sort of!) yesterday today was another crash out and up at gone 12.00 (grumbles slightly), hmm I can only guess that the pain is the problem with that, ah well keep on keeping on! So I had my tablets, lunch and mugs of tea (just about to have the third at 16.30!), okay more tea drunk, dinner eaten and the final mug of tea from the flasks poured at 20.15 :D, had an extra mug of tea and my supper (with a double lot as I still felt peckish!)

Weight – 22 st 3.25 lb, it would be nice to be below 22 st when we go away in July but I am not bothered if I am just holding my own for a while!

DAY TWENTY-FIVE

Key Theme: SKILL

RECOGNIZING THE FEAST OR FAMINE CYCLE

There are five main checkpoints that indicate whether or not you are on the Feast or Famine Cycle. Any one of these factors can indicate a danger spot in your diet. Once you are completely off the Cycle, you should be consistently free of these symptoms: Symptoms of the Feast or Famine Cycle Binging Excessive hunger Cravings for Pleasure Foods Urge to eat without hunger Emotional/ stress overeating If you still have some of these symptoms, review Chapter 2, 4, and 5. If you are completely symptom free, congratulations! You’re in recovery. Remember you must stay off the Cycle to lose weight.
