Okay headed off to a funeral shortly, not sure if I will be having any lunch or not! Dr Witch brought lunch home so that is eaten and should be headed off soon. Hmm need to see if I can contact Ms Antonello and find out if feeling hungry AFTER you have eaten is normal! Okay spent 4 hours in a car traveling from East Anglia to Lancashire, so long drinks were the order of the day! Along with hotel restaurant food – eeepness!

Weight today 22 st 5.25 lb (1.25 lbs of the cider gain gone!)

COMPASSION FOR YOURSELF, OTHERS

Once you understand obesity, you’ll begin to see how helpless people really are when they don’t understand it. If you don’t know what’s wrong, how can you fix it? And as we all know, the traditional diet “cure” has ironically been the cause of obesity for many people besides you and me. First, stop blaming yourself for getting fat. Next, resolve to forgive yourself for gorging, binging, starving, and gaining weight. That should be fairly easy since your efforts were made in good faith as you attempted to solve your weight problem. You didn’t understand, and you weren’t really in control. So forget it. Finally, think of all the people you’ve secretly judged for their poor self-control. Think of them now with understanding.
