Breakfast – none
Lunch – Vegetarian Lincolnshire Style sausage x 3, brown sauce on a submarine roll
Dinner – Mushroom stir fry with rice (mushrooms, sugar snap peas, babycorn, purple sprouting broccoli, spring onions and homemade sauce)
Supper – 4 chive crispbreads and 40g cheese
Snacks – Cheese and onion crisps
Drinks – 500 ml water x 1, 400 ml tea with gold top milk x 3, cider x 5, Cava x 0.5 bottle!!!!
Up at 09.30, showered and dressed and downstairs by 10.30, had my pint of water with my raft of tablets and then my first mug of tea. Started to feel hungry just as the 2nd mug arrived (12.00) but not worth eating anything as the oven had just gone on for the sausages which were ready at 13.00, third mug of tea at 14.30, still feel hungryish but really shouldn't! Cider started at 18.00 along with the cheese and onion crisps the latter I didn't really want but still ate!, mushroom stir fry at 19.30 – wasn't too hungry but was ready for it :D, I am not sure if the reason I had the cheese and crackers was habit, munchies from cider or actual hunger! I need to keep a check on this.

I am responsible for my own body. I make the decisions that affect my body for good or bad. I enjoy the benefits and suffer the consequences of choices I make that affect my body. I am in control of the availability of food in my environment. I choose when, where, what, and how much I eat. Now I understand that these choices can lead to my becoming a normal, thin person.
