  • Sweets/Candy 335 g (335 g) every 4 weeks

Weight – 22 stone 6.125 lbs (creeping down)

L – Jacket potato (300 g) with mixed beans (270 g)

D – Quorn Escalope, mash and frozen veg

S – Cheese (50g) and crackers

Drinks – Pint of cordial/water x 1, tea with milk x 3, red wine x 0, cider x 4
