Directions

  1. Combine the oat bran, baking powder and cinnamon.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes to allow the batter to thicken.
  4. Spoon into a prepared muffin tin.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees F/220 C/ Gas mark 7 for 12-15 minutes.

nb – we made 12 muffins and next time would increase the spice a bit, oh and we used dried mixed fruit!
